    Hi, pls help:

    1. If I’m going up Schilthorn from lauterbrunnen to murren via stechelberg. I only have to pay 50%(which is CHF41.10 return ticket)from murren to Schilthorn, the rest all covered by Swiss pass?

    2. Is it free to get off at brig to see the thrill when u coming down from Schilthorn?

    3. If I would like to play some snow activities at allmendhubel. How to reach there from murren? Only with funicular? How much for that with Swiss pass? How about the charges in allmendhubel?

    4. Actually is allmendhubel worth going? We would like to have sleigh & snow play with budget . Pls advise.

    thanks

    Hi Swissdec2017,

    1. Yes, that is correct – see here for details.
    2. Yes, once you have the gondola ticket you can get off at Birg (not Brig, different town)
    3. Yes, you use a funicular to go from Murren to Allmendhubel. Prices are listed here, you get 50% off with the Swiss Travel Pass
    4. I haven’t been to Allmendhubel, but you can access ski and sledge trails there.

Both the cable car to the Schilthorn and the funicular to Allmendhubel will be operating on 9 December.

This is just for information, in case you decide to change your plans and go there on a different day: the Schilthorn cable car is closed from 13 Nov to 8 Dec inclusive; the Allmendhubel funicular is closed from 16 Oct to 8 Dec 2017 inclusive.

Yes, if you click on my link above for prices, you will go to the official Schilthorn website. Click on timetable and it will show you the dates the cable car and funicular are closed (under Revisionen).

    Cheers!
