    Hi Prasun09,

You can certainly rent a car and take it anywhere you want. But I would not recommend it for the plans you have. Driving in Lucerne is difficult: there’s quite a lot of traffic in the center of town, one way streets, pedestrian areas and expensive parking. The town is compact and can easily be explored on foot, or by public transport if needed. There’s also no need for a car in the Jungfrau region, as most of the area can not be reached by car. That also applies to Wengen. You’d better use the excellent train system for your trips. It’s safe, clean, eco-friendly, and you can enjoy views instead of watching the road and the traffic.
