If I leave Interlaken today and send my baggage to Winterthur, then I’ll take a trip to Zermatt/St.Moritz for three nights. Normally I can pick up my baggage at Winterthur on the day after tomorrow, but if I pick up late on the other day, where will they take my baggage to and do I have to pay extra charge?

    Hi Surasak, welcome to MySwissAlps!

They will keep your luggage until you collect it, and there is no extra charge unless you collect it more than 4 days after the luggage arrived: myswissalps.com/train/ practical/luggage.

    Hi,Arno

Thanks a lot for your information, I’ll be in Switzerland between 11-13 Sept. 2017, before the time has come I’ll have more questions to bother you.

    Thanks once again and regards,

    Surasak.
