No. That’s too early for ski-ing. The highest altitude resorts open late November at the earliest – although even that is increasingly threatened by climate change.

Hi ivanlwh,
For skiing in Nov, perhaps your best chances are in Zermatt or Titlis, where there is snow at the summit all year round. The skiing season in Switzerland usually begins late December.
You can find more information about planning a winter trip here: http://www.myswissalps.com/winter

Contrary to my previous post, I misread the date for Zermatt.
I have done further research and in 2021, a limited number of runs opened in the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise area on Saturday 6 November. If the same pattern was followed this year that might mean some pistes are open from 5 November 2022
I would expect a similar date would apply to Titlis (where snow is actually falling this weekend!)
However all opening dates and times are never guaranteed.

Hi ivanwhl! This page might help you out: http://www.myswissalps.com/activities/winter/beginnerski. It provides information about when and where skiing is possible. More about what to expect from the Swiss winter months is here: http://www.myswissalps.com/besttimetovisit/winter.
There are usually all-year skiing options near Zermatt. But the options can still be limited in early November and snow conditions may not be ideal yet. I’m not sure if you have the skills to ski on your own, or if you’d need classes. But here are a few examples of classes you can book from November 3:
