I'm not sure if any toboggan runs are significantly cheaper, but perhaps a little (Grindelwald has the worlds longest run!). Have a look at a list of Swiss tobogganing runs here - Mürren is the closest I believe.

Bit far afield but fun none the less - youtu.be/LSYBqT8Y-pg and goo.gl/b9LcaS

(and you reckon the Grindelwald one is the longest Lucas?)

Hi Lucas,

Just by the by, the term "sledging" always make me chuckle because en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ Sledging_(cricket)

The Australian cricket team are world class at this activity (which I'm sure would be frowned on in Switzerland) although they always plead innocence. All team members are well-schooled in the "butter wouldn't melt . . . ." look. 🏏

It always amazes me how many slang words the Aussies have. :)

Cricket is one of those games I've seen pictures of on BBC news but that is it...

Hi Samfrula,

Sledding is for sure much cheaper than skiing, but I would not think there is a big difference between the various runs. Here's a page explaining about activities in the snow: www.myswissalps.com/ac tivities/snow

Have fun!
