    Hi all,

If my accommodation in Wengen supplies us with a Sled, I have a Half Fare Travel Pass, my 6 year old son has a Family Travel Pass and we are interested in doing the Fox Run from Kleine Scheidegg only once – Do we have to purchase a SLEDGING DAY PASS of CHF 39 or can we just purchase a one way ticket from SBB for CHF 12 and use the run back to Wengen?

    Thank You,

    Rouan

    Hello Rouan,

I am not familiar with the Fox Run but you don’t need a Sledging Day Pass to hurtle down it and you can certainly buy one half-fare ticket from Wengen to Klein Scheidegg for CHF12 to cover both you and your son armed with his Swiss Family Card (correct terminology matters). So what you propose seems perfectly doable.

    Go for it! 😎

    . . . . but take care won’t you.
