I’m looking at best way to get from St Moritz to Bellagio and use Swiss rail pass. Does Tirano to Lugano bus have any stops along the Lake. I can’t see the route anywhere? I’m hoping we can get off at Menaggio.

Any other easy options?

No the Tirano to Lugano bus does not drop people off. You would need to continue to Lugano then train to Como and bus from there.

Best plan is to take a train from St Moritz to Tirano and then a train to Varenna. From there catch a boat to Bellagio.

Alternative is to take the Palm Express (bus) from St Moritz to Menaggio and hop a boat from there.

Thank you, very helpful as the bus route didn’t appear on google maps. Is the bus covered with SwissPass?

The Swiss Travel Pass? Yes. It’s a standard Swiss Post Bus. Use the advanced search on the timetable and select mode of transport bus for St Moritz to Menaggio. Reservations are required.
