Hello nanadell and Welcome to MySwissAlps,
Download the map you will find on this page http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpass/validity.
That will give you an idea of where all the places you have listed are located and let you work out an efficient route to get from one to the other. The second page of the map shows the major scenic train journeys which are very popular.
Luzern is only 1 hour from Zurich. Chur is not a major destination fro mountains but is the start point of the Bernina Express which will take you to Tirano. I would say most people would continue from there into Italy or across to Lugano. Tirano doesn’t have a lot to recommend itself as an overnight stay.
The rest of the places you mention are all on the main tourist routes. The Jungfrau Region mountain villages such as Wengen have more appeal from visitors than Interlaken.
You can use the Swiss Train Timetable (http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable) to plan your travel and work out how long it will take to get from A to B. If you haven’t used it before it will pay to read the instructions on that page before delving into the timetable.
You will also probably benefit from reading “How to choose the best travel pass” (http://www.myswissalps.com/tr ain/ticketspasses/prac tical/chooserailpass).
Happy planning.
