Bernina Express reservations needed with STP?

Hi,

Now that i am armed with STP ,kindly clarify following

Is reservations mandatory on bernia express,or can i walk in and take up an empty seat

Does the above also apply to bus from lugano to tirano

Hi Guru,

Reservations are mandatory on the Bernina Express bus and train yes. You can take the same route on a regional train (Chur to Tirano) without reservations.
