Just making sure I understand this ….When using the Swiss 3 Travel Pass using the pass for Half price for let’s say the Matterhorn Gondola that does count for a day of use, correct.

I’m a little unclear on your meaning RandMarg….

A Swiss Travel Pass (3 or 4 or 8 or 15 days) is used over consecutive days. Started on June 1, a 3 day pass expires June 4 at 05:00 whether you use it or not.

Or are you talking about the Swiss Travel Pass Flex? In that case, yes you must use up one of your travel days (you write in the travel days you use the pass on) to get any free or discounted trips.

IE for a trip over June 1 -5 you buy a 3 day Swiss Travel Pass Flex and write in June 1, 3 & 4. Those would be the only days you get free or discounted travel.
