Swiss family Card

When booking online for our Swiss Pass there is no option to include our 15 year old son who should go free with us under the Family Card whereas it is advised that one requests for this card when purchasing the Swiss Pass . How do we get a swiss Family card made while buying Swiss Passes on line ?

Hello dranujkiran,

Some resellers indeed don't offer the Swiss Family Card. In such a case, you can just order the pass. Once you're in Switzerland, you'll get a free Family Card at any rail station upon showing your pass.
