Advice received on the forum has been to opt for an E ticket for both convenience and security . However I have found that often only the STP is offered electronically and the flexi is available only by mail. The wording Is confusing also. Can someone suggest which company definitely delivers an electronic E ticket for flexi pass ? Thanks

No one delivers the Flex Pass electronically. It has never been available electronically – only in hard copy. This page http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpassflex/pric e states “A Swiss Travel Pass Flex can be shipped to your home or hotel, or collected at the airport.”

I bought one from Happyrail.com for home delivery because they did not charge a delivery fee for the hard copy. It took 3 weeks to arrive.

The Swiss Travel Pass Flex can NOT be printed at home, as already said by Rockoyster.
