G'Day Cath,

Go to shop.glacierexpress.ch /gex_en/specials/daytr ips/glacier-express and pick your date of travel. Once you've selected your seats you need to enter passenger details and claim any reductions. Choose Swiss Half-Fare Card.

Dead easy. 😎

Hi cathcad, welcome to MySwissAlps! Apart from Rockoyster's link, you can also use this page to get your 50% discounted tickets: www.myswissalps.com/tr aintickets/switzerland halffare/price. A Saver Day Pass, if bought well in advance, might actually be cheaper than regular discounted tickets from St. Moritz to Zermatt: www.myswissalps.com/sa verdaypass/price.

Note that you'll also need seat reservations for the Glacier Express: www.myswissalps.com/gl acierexpress/tickets.

Further to what Annika said, If you choose to do the Saver Day Pass option then you can nominate “Own Ticket” as a reduction when making seat reservations (there is no option fro Saver Day Pass but that’s OK). See attached.

Use the timetable on the SBB website (bit.ly/2HH1U7B) or the highly-recommended SBB Mobile app (bit.ly/2ICIUHi) to plan your travel, find fares* and buy tickets if required. If you are not familiar with using the timetable it will pay to first read the instructions on this page - www.myswissalps.com/ti metable. *SBB website shows half-fare prices by default, mobile app allows you to nominate full or half-fare and is also smart enough to offer you the Saver Day Pass (www.myswissalps.com/sa verdaypass) if that offers the best fare.
