I have received word from Klook that they have received my tickets back but are still saying only getting 85% refund

Hi Kddale123, I was the other person in the same boat as you about a month ago, I received an email from klook saying they were going to refund the balance to me which they have. I would like to thank Arno for his help as I am sure this would not have happened without his intervention. I had 2 other bookings with klook for activities in France which after many emails they are also going to refund. Hopefully you get your other 15% back soon. Thanks Again Arno.

I have emailed Klook again referencing the special refund policy, hopefully I will get a full refund. They have only just received the tickets back, it has taken a month to get them there by Aust post. I will keep at them.
I know how you feel, I am in Adelaide. I actually did not have to do anything, I assume it was whatever Arno did, I just received an email stating I would be receiving the balance and a few days later it was there.

Klook still following up on cancellation and refund request. No money as yet. Fingers crossed
