Swiss Pass – can we cancel it?

    We have bought and paid for 2 for 1 Swiss Pass. Can we cancel it?

    Hi Chi-Chi,

    If the pass hasn’t been shipped yet, you may be able to cancel it free of charge. Otherwise, resellers usually provide an 85% refund. Please contact your reseller for details.

    If I have bought Swiss Fall 2 for 1 Pass, can I use the pass to travel between 24 May to 27 May?

    Hello Chichi. I assume dates are printed on your pass. Please look at them carefully to see whether they indicate the validity period of the pass (this differs per reseller). If you’re in doubt, please contact your reseller directly for further questions.
