Does the 8 day Swiss Rail Pass include travel say from Zurich to Geneva, Geneva to Bern and Bern to Zurcih? Does one have to buy additional tickeys to travel from one city to another?

    Thanks

    Hello csgohjmj,

The Swiss Travel Pass provides free ticket-less travel on most public transport in Switzerland including the routes you specify. The only place you have to buy tickets is for routes in the mountain areas where some services only receive a discount. You also need to make reservations on the major panoramic trains but don’t need to buy tickets for those trips.

You can see where you can travel for free or at a discount on the map you’ll find here http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpass/validity.
