We are in the US. we are waiting for our swiss flex tickets in the mail. They cannot be emailed because they are preprinted. Bought tix from Swiss travel center. The courier service used is TNT. The tickets are still in transit the last 12 Days at the hub in Basel Switzerland. Supposedly there is a delay with intl mail? Not sure what to do? we are leaving for Zurich on the 11th. Thank q

    Hi cacam5mt,

I’m sorry to hear about the delay. I’m not sure what’s going on. You’d best contact Swiss Travel Centre as that’s your retailer, and they should to help you out with this. Contact information can be found at myswissalps.com/aboutu s/partners/sbb.

Let us know in case we can be of further assistance!

That’s why I buy my Swiss Pass right at the SBB office in the Zürich Airport when I get off the plane. One less thing to worry about.

    That’s a good point jlovda,

It is pretty rare to hear about a mailing issue though. The great thing about most of the Swiss rail passes is that you can have them emailed to you which I think is the most convenient option for everyone!

I hope everything works out for cacam5mt in the end!
