You have been so helpful in figuring out purchase of this pass. Could you please tell me if the purchase is non-refundable? If so, do you offer any travel insurance? Do I understand correctly that there is no additional charge to ship to the U.S.? Thanks again for all you kind assistance, Peg

    Hi Peg,

You’re most welcome! Most suppliers apply a cancellation rate of 15% of the pass price. Travel insurance may cover the entire amount, but it’s not being sold along with the pass. Some resellers do offer the Rail Protection Plan, that covers loss or theft of your pass(es). You can best visit the Swiss Pass page, fill out the dropdown boxes on the right and see the options specifically for your situation. This includes shipping details as well, which depends on the reseller you pick and the total order amount.

Arno: Thanks again. I looked through the responses twice and just missed this. Sorry to trouble you. Peg
