Hello! Can I use the Swiss transfer ticket from Geneva station to Zermatt on day 1 then Zermatt to Domodossola on day 3?

Yes, you can use the Swiss Transfer Ticket like that, no problem. You can print the ticket at home via http://www.swissrailways.com/ en or http://www.happyrail.com/en/p ass/europe/switzerland /swiss-transfer-tickets (more purchase options listed here).

Tickets from Domodossola to your destination in Italy can be found here: myswissalps.com/traint ickets/italy.
