If i plan to get a 4 days Swiss Travel Pass and start with Bernina Express from Chur to Tirano then to Milan & Rome then back to Swiss. Can this 4 days pass journery be broken from Switzerland to Italy then continue with interlaken, lucerne etc? Or this pass has to utilised continuosly for 4 days?

If im breaking journeys what would be the best type of pass to get?

    Hi Meshy,

Welcome to MySwissAlps! A Swiss Travel Pass is for continuous days, a Swiss Travel Pass Flex is for flexible days. Please see the links to compare both passes. Note that a Swiss Travel Pass Flex is more expensive per travel day. In some cases it makes sense to buy a Swiss Travel Pass even if it’s not used on all days.
