Dear

I intend buying the 8 day Swiss Travel Pass from Jun8 to June 15. I would like to know if the dates can be changed subsequently prior to the commencement and also in the unfortunate event of my trip being cancelled, whether the Pass can be cancelled and the rules relating to refund

Why don’t you buy it on-line the week before you travel then you should be sure you won’t have to cancel?

You are right. I was planning to attach the tickets with my Visa application and hence wanted to buy it early.

Hi Jeyaraman,

In case you need to change the starting date, or even cancel the pass, you will have to do that through the company you purchased from.

The retailers listed on our website do give this information when you purchase a ticket or in the FAQ section.
