Beginning planning for a rail journey in 12-24 month’s and trying to understand the advantages of each rail pass.

The plan would be to fly into Paris, take the TGV to Switzerland. Zermatt, the Glacier Express, and the Bernina Express are clear goals. We may add the trains in the Jungfrau area.

Getting both passes does not reasonable. Will the Swiss pass cover all the trains in Jungfrau area? Going to Zermatt? How much would the TGV to and from Switzerland?

Thanks. That what I assumed. I know those two express trains accept Eurail but there are others connections it would not cover.

I will review those links.
