Swiss Travel Pass paid but not received yet

Hi Team,
I have created 4 days Swiss Travel Pass Consecutive on HappyRail website as per your suggestion through email. The payment was completed successfully but tickets/pass is not generated.
I booked the pass on Friday 18th September 2020 and my start date for journey is 22nd September 2020. Can you please contact the HappyRail team on priority and send me the generated pass as soon as possible.
