Swiss Travel Pass paid but not received yet

    Hi Team,

    I have created 4 days Swiss Travel Pass Consecutive on HappyRail website as per your suggestion through email. The payment was completed successfully but tickets/pass is not generated.

    I booked the pass on Friday 18th September 2020 and my start date for journey is 22nd September 2020. Can you please contact the HappyRail team on priority and send me the generated pass as soon as possible.

    Hi Aniruddha,

    I’m sorry to hear you didn’t receive the pass yet. You can best contact them yourself, please see http://www.myswissalps.com/aboutus/partners/happyrail. If that does not work somehow, then please let us know the HappyRail order number.

    Do make sure to check your spam folder, and ask your e-mail provider if possible. Passes are sent automatically, so there’s a fair chance it was sent successfully but caught by a spam filter.

    My Order Reference for second pass : 4MZEIO

    Thanks for the reference numbers. HappyRail will respond during business hours, so I expect them to get back to you shortly. To be sure I have sent them the reference numbers as well. Please let us know once this has been solved.

    I have checked the status again and the tickets are not yet generated. I have not received any email from happy rail as well. Can you please check with the happy rail team once again?

    Hi Aniruddha,

    In that case it is your e-mail that is blocking the message (Gmail, right?). Although you should be able to download it from their website normally. I have asked them to call you to sort this out.

    I have checked it on their website only. The passes are not yet generated. I am hoping that they will call me soon.

    If you e-mail your phone number to us I will pass that on to them. Although they should already have that as it’s asked when booking.
