when I buy a Swiss Travel Pass and want to add the children’s name to it, the SBB website seems quite confusing… for 2 adults and two kids below 11-14 yrs, I buy two adult tickets and provide only those names? Where do I add the children’s names?

Are you trying to buy here shop.swissrailways.com /swisspass.html?

If you order for 2 adults and 2 children a Family Card box will appear to tick. There is an Info button which you can click which says “Children aged 6 – <16 years travel free as long as they are accompanied by at least one parent. However for this you will need the Swiss Travel System Family Card. We will issue your family card for free, to order just choose family card.
