I know this one, this was an easier one 🙂

This is the Lucerne train station. It opened on 5 Feb 1991 after the fire on 5 Feb 1971.

The picture is from wikipedia.

That is correct. It is so nice that they preserved the façade of the old station in front of the new one. Imagine how the people of Lucerne felt when it burned in 1971 and that magnificent cupola collapsed. It kind of reminds me of last year’s fire at Notre-Dame de Paris when the flèche collapsed. You wake up the next day and for a split-second you hope that the day before was just a nightmare.
