Tickets for print out – no confirmation received

    Hi

    I purchased three tickets from Swiss rail on last Tuesday,till now I don’t have any responses or confirmation.My reservation is made for Jul 6,7,8 .Im worry about it .They should send me at least confirmation.Where can I print them later ,we are leaving country this Thursday.

    Hi Eg, and welcome to MySwissAlps!

    The first thing I would do is to check your spam folder in case the email has gone in there. Then I would check whether or not your credit card has been debited. Possibly the purchase was not successful.

    Did you buy your tickets from this site?

    If so, you could contact them at backoffice@stc.ch to make enquiries. Perhaps there was a typo in your email address.

    This site says:

    “After the online purchase you can download the ticket via the download link displayed. You will see your ticket under “Tickets”. If the ticket is listed there, the purchase has been completed successfully. If the just ticket bought is not listed, select “Update tickets”. If you have not received a mail with a download link and if your ticket is not displayed, the purchase has not been completed and your payment card has not been debited.”
