I loved the document, thank you so much for creating this. I’ve created similar documents in the past (like for my San Francisco vacation). Do you know if another member has created something similar regarding Lauterbrunnen specifically (like the wifi, internet spots in nearby cafes and pubs, laundry hours and grocery shop hours, etc.)? I will use all the other non-specific tips from your document for our 1 week stay in the region!

    Hi YanaNedyalko,

Welcome to MySwissAlps! I’m afraid that Kim’s document is truly unique and we don’t have similar ones for other villages. Please check http://www.myswissalps.com/la uterbrunnen and http://www.myswissalps.com/wh eretogo/towns for other towns. Also you’re welcome to post questions. Please open a new thread for that. Thanks!

Kim, I really wish I had seen your helpful tips before we left on our trip to Switzerland! We had a great time in the Wengen area, but the information you included in your document would have made it even better! That’s okay–gives me a reason to start planning another trip! Thank you!

    Hi YanaNedyalko,

You won’t have any trouble quickly finding answers to your questions once you arrive. Lauterbrunnen is about three blocks long! There is no public laundromat. There are a couple of cafes/bars with internet hotspots, they advertise such in their windows. There is a small Coop supermarket by the train station open 7 days a week from 8:00 – 19:00 http://www.coop.ch/de/standorte/coop-supermarkt-lauterbrunnen/4014_POS

Where are you staying? Some of the lodging includes wifi
