Train stations to get the boat to Weggis

    perhaps you have been missing the suggestions to consider a Swiss Rail Pass of some sort. Arno has mentioned that idea in his posts in this thread.

    If you buy a Swiss Travel Pass, you travel on all public transport for no additional charge. Just show your pass. Boats, trains, buses.

    Some mountain trains and cableways that are privately run may not accept the pass or will only give a discount. You would run int that if you decided to go to the Jungfrau.

    By the Way, Geneva is nice, but I think Luzern could reward you more if you spent more time there and less in Geneva.
