Train ticket Lausanne to Paris includes a seat?

    Hello to all experts. I am trying to book a train ticket from Lausaane to Paris on 10th October 8:23am morning train. The ticket is Euro 29 and i am booking through trainline.com.

    My question is about reservation. Is the reservation included in this fare or i have to do it seperate by myself.

    Second question is swiss travel pass refundable or not?

    Hi Bubbybains,

    Yes, reservations are included on all TGV Lyria trains. You can be sure if that if you see the section “Seating – if possible” when you order. You can select a preferred seat type there.

    Swiss Travel Passes are normally refundable for 85% of the price, if you claim that before the start date printed on the pass. You’d best check with the retailer you purchased from. They are listed here: http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpass/price
