Can you take the Glacier Express in reverse from St. Moritz to Interlaken? How do you make seat reservations with a Swiss Travel Pass?

    Thanks

    Hello Michelle,

The Glacier Express (http://www.myswissalps.com/gl acierexpress) runs between St Moritz and Zermatt or vice versa. It doesn’t go anywhere near Interlaken. If you want to get to Interlaken you could just travel as far as Brig and then continue on a different train to Interlaken.

You can make reservations on the Glacier Express at bit.ly/2MQi6pN.

A good way to get your bearings and visualise the train routes is to use the Swiss Travel Pass Area of Validity map ( PDF downloadable from http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpass/validity).

Use the timetable on the SBB website (bit.ly/2HH1U7B) or the highly-recommended SBB Mobile app (bit.ly/2ICIUHi) to plan your travel. If you are not familiar with using the timetable it will pay to first read the instructions on this page – http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable.
