Please show me a best way to go about it. We plan to be in the country for 10 days. We plan to visit Zirich, Lucern, Bern and Geneva. We are flying home to the USA from Geneva. Please advise

Thank You,

Hi Kim and welcome to MySwissAlps!

Are you talking about the Eurail Select Pass or the Eurail Global Pass? https://www.myswissalp s.com/multicountrypass es

If it is the "select" pass, you'll have needed to choose Switzerland as a country when buying the pass and then it does cover some routes here. See map: https://www.myswissalp s.com/eurailselectpass /validity

If you bought the "Global Pass" then you are set for free travel on many routes in Switzerland as well: https://www.myswissalp s.com/eurailglobalpass /validity

Which type of pass is best for our itinerary? This is my first time.

Hi Kim,

If the Stuttgart to the Swiss border is your only train trip in Germany it is more likely that a ticket to the border or to Zurich + a Swiss Travel Pass will work out better. Please see the below links to compare with the Eurail option (Lucas' links):
