Hi everyone,

Family of 3, adult 2 and kid age 13 planning to travel from Zurich to lauterbrunnen via train from July 20, 2020.

Also will visit Jungfraujoch-top of Europe, Golden pass line train, and Schilthorn.

Also want to spend day in Zurich.

Please help which pass should I buy… POINT TO POINT tickets or Swiss travel pass or Half fare pass

Based on your personal itinerary you should read “How to choose the best travel pass” (http://www.myswissalps.com/tr ain/ticketspasses/prac tical/chooserailpass), download the handy spreadsheet calculator and do the math. The spreadsheet also includes links to the “Where it’s valid” page for all available passes. Be sure to check those pages for each pass you are considering. Study the map AND read all the text on those pages to fully understand what is covered by the respective pass.

Hello Sohailghori,

The two passes you mention, the Swiss Travel Pass and the Swiss Half Fare card will make you eligible for the free Swiss Family Card, allowing the child to travel entirely free with you on any trip.
