    Dear All,

I find myself in a pickle. Trying to book a swiss travel pass for 5th june for three days but system tells me I can only book from 7th. also is it possible to actual buy the pass at the train station in Geneva and hen plan my train times( there is no time now to wait for the pass. If i’m right it would take three days to get here) Travelling through to Oberland on 5th hopefully hope to use glacier express and juanfraupass again getting pass on time . Can I collect the pass in Lauter… or is that not possible. Apologies for the rushed email, just trying to make this work , Regards, Angela

    Hi Angela, welcome to MySwissAlps!

Unfortunately you’re too late for an online purchase. You will need to buy your pass at the train station of Geneva. Make sure all travelers and their passports are present. Planning train times is not related to your pass. You can do that whenever convenient for you by checking the timetable. Seat reservations are not required, with a few exceptions like the Glacier Express.

    Enjoy your stay!
