We are reaching Interlaken on 24/10/2019 from Berlin Germany. (we are planning to buy swiss pass for 4 days)
24 to 26th – Stay in Interlaken
24th – Explore Lauterbrunnen, murren village area
25th – Top of Europe
26th – Train to Luzern, boat ride from luzern to vitznau (try Rigi). explore Weggis
27th – Mount Titlis
28th – Chk out and explore Zurich
Please let me know this one is doable (we want to explore villages and scenic beauty)
Also we are traveling with 4 year old.

This is quite doable. Due to fantastic public transport you will not have any issue in travelling with kid

On the 24th or 25th, you might consider fitting in the cableway from Wengen to Männlichen and return. Nice views a short distance from the top station of the cableway. Nice restaurant/ cafeteria, and a substantial playground.

Since the last day of service for that cableway before re-opening for skiers in December is October 28th, possibly, they might have put away some of the playground.
The ride up from Wengen might impress your 4 year old, too.
Don’t know if you want to take this walk. Splendid views along it, and it rather easy. So easy that…among the locals…it has the nickname “The Grannies’ Walk.” However, It may be more than your 4 year old could handle easily. My 8-year old granddaughter had a good time on that trail, but an 8 year old has a lot more stamina, and we walked it on a sunny day in September. And, it will be cold in late October..

Just to let you know, between 21 October and 8 November, the cable-car/cogwheel train from Grütschalp to Mürren is closed for maintenance work. But the Schilthorn cable car to Mürren is open. More details about getting to Mürren here: http://www.myswissalps.com/mu rren/travel
Other than that, the rest of your itinerary is pretty do-able.

I’ll caution you that the the bottom station of the cableway (die Luftseilbahn, “LSB” in the timetable) between Weggis and and Rigi Kaltbad-First requires a significant walk. It takes about 15 minutes, maybe more. There is about a 40-50 meter elevation change over about a 0.5-0.6 km distance.
All the other connections require at most only a short walk.
And, this gives details for the various boat trips on Lake Lucerne. There are several routes, and please note that the timetable varies with the seasons.The Winter timetable. with fewer trips, goes into effect on October 21st.
Trips between Luzern and Vitznau run approximately once per hour during the day. They also stop at Weggis.

You will find details on the Golden Pass and the validity of the Swiss Travel Pass in the links provided in former answers.
Regarding preparation for your 4 year old (actually, for the adults too) to go to the Jungfraujoch I recommend getting a good night sleep before, eating a healthy, good breakfast, drinking and taking enough water with you and bringing some extra sugar (chocolate) with you.
Additionally lots of travellers mistakenly believe, that you adapt to the altitude, the longer you stay. This is NOT true! If you start feeling unwell, descending is the only thing that will help to feel better.
