What's included in the Rivera card

Hi Folks

Does anyone know how the Rivera Card works on buses in the area.

Would it be free if i used for the following routes

Villeneuve - Lausanne Ouchy as would like to walk from Chillon Castle to Villeneuve and get to Lausanne cheaply was thinking originally of cruise.
