Venice to Saas fee

We plan to travel by train

from Venice to Saas fee on 30/ nov

Saas fee to lucerne on 3/dec

Lucerne to Zurich Airport on 4/ dec.

Could we use Swiss transfer ticket from Venice to Saas fee and Saas fee to lucerne. In this case till which place in Switzerland do we need to buy a train ticket from Venice.

Also what is the possibility it would have snowed in Saas fee by end November. Any other place you recommend with snow around the hotel we would stay at ?

A Swiss Transfer Ticket is only valid if you travel to a border station or an airport. Lucerne isn't either of these, so you can best look into an alternative such as the 3-day Swiss Flexi Pass or the Swiss Half Fare Card. You need a point to point ticket from Venice to Domodossola in Italy. From there you can travel for free with the Swiss Flexi Pass or half the fare with a Swiss Half Fare Card.

Snow in Saas-Fee is not guaranteed in late November. There can be snow, but it might not even be freezing. There will be snow in the nearby mountains, but if you want a hotel that is surrounded by snow you'd better either plan your trip in mid-Winter (January/February), or book a hotel high in the mountains. A list of such hotels can be found here: www.myswissalps.com/hotels/mountaintops. Be sure to pick one at 2000 m at least. The higher, the better.

That's explained in the "How to use" section of the pass page. In your case you can either buy it directly from the SBB (www.swissrailways.com/ en/products/swissflexi pass) and validate it yourself, or buy it from www.raileurope.co.in/p ass/swiss-pass and ask the staff of the train to Switzerland to validate it for you. In both cases the pass needs to be validated before the train departs from Domodossola.
