Vevey to Rochers-de-Naye only until 1PM?

    I am planning to take this trip by train. Somewhere I read that the last train is approx at 1 pm. Is this true and if so, what is the fastest route to Montreux from Vevey to catch the early train up. Would SBB site be the best way to arrange this trip too? And one more question, is there an easier hike that I could do once up there. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Mavy,

    There are trains up to Rochers-de-Naye until the end of the afternoon. You’ll find all details about the trip here: http://www.myswissalps.com/rochersdenaye. You can buy tickets on the spot or online through anyone who offers them (SBB and HappyRail should work, MOB perhaps).

    There are some easy hiking trails but I don’t have details, sorry. I don’t think there a circular route.
