    Can you get 1st class VIP seats on the Golden Pass from Montbovon to Montreux?

    Yes, when are you traveling?

    If you are traveling between March 19 and June 1, 2018 you won’t be able to reserve the seat though.

    If as I think you are travelling in September then you are out of luck. “The composition of the GoldenPass MOB Panoramic with VIP seats will be taken out of service and completely revised on 3 September 2018. There will be regular GoldenPass MOB Panoramic with panorama carriages in 1st and 2nd class”.

    I should point out the VIP trains will be out of service until sometime in 2019 not just on 3 September.
