Hotels in Grindelwald provide the Visitor Card?

    I am visiting grindelwald in July and I have one question.

    does hotels in Grindelwald provide their guests with Visitor card to use the buses in Grindelwald.

    With a Swiss Travel Pass, you get free travel on the Grindelwald Bus town bus routes, and 50% discount on the mountain routes.

    The 50% discount applies on the following:

    • Grindelwald Bahnhof (railway station) to Bussalp
    • Grindelwald Bahnhof to Waldspitz
    • Oberer Gletscher to Schwarzwaldalp

    Hi bashnaini,

    There is a local adventure card for the area but nothing provided by hotels that we are aware of. Not a lot of public transport in the town.
