    Hello

I am planning to visit switzerland in early July 2017. I am keen to visit Jungfrau but concerned how is with kids. I have 6 yr old daughter and 18 month son.

Due to high altitude is it advisable to go with kids? Any inputs ?

    Regards

    Stuti

Hi Stuti and welcome to MySwissAlps!

Yes, you are correct, high altitude (over 2500m) can be a challenge for anyone, especially younger children. Have a read through our Jungfraujoch page for more details on preparation. It is often ok for a couple hours to be at that altitude but it would be best to consult your doctor for your youngest child.
