Weather in Jungfrau 9-11 October: when to go up

    Hi, just need an opinion. I will be in Wengen from 9/10 – 11/10. Plan was to do paragliding on 10/10, some walking around Murren, then back to Lauterbrunnen. And on 11/10 to go up to Jungfraujoch. However looking at the weather forecast, 11/10 has 50% chance for rain, cloudy? Will it still be a good idea for a trip up or should I squeeze it on 10/10 afternoon?

    Hi Nuryhid and welcome to MySwissAlps,

    If the weather looks good on the 10th I’d go up then. If not, wait for the 11th and see how the weather looks.Some people won’t go up if it is cloudy so that choice is up to you.

    Weather does change quickly at those altitudes and forecasts aren’t very accurate until within 24 hours.
