Hi Giriheda! 1st class seats in Glacier Express trains (I assume that’s what you mean with “G. Express”?) are more spacious and a bit more comfortable. Outside high season, it might be a bit quieter in 1st class coaches too. Please refer to http://www.myswissalps.com/gl acierexpress for all details.
I would add from my research: first class has blocks of four and two seats while second class has two blocks of four seats.
For us as a couple, we prefer having the first class so we have two seats facing each other and will not have to sit with two strangers. We leave in four days!
