When to buy tickets for Glacier & Bernina Express?

    Hi

    1) Glacier train – Zermatt to Andermatt . When should i buy the ticket online ?

    2) Bernina bus n train – lugano to tirano & tirano to chur. When should i buy the ticket online ?

    Pls help .

    For the Bernina bus you can book your seat reservation now, but actual ticket can only be booked two months ahead. The others may be similar.

    Hi Angel 7105,

    Skst is correct about the two month limit. Apart from that: tickets (or a pass) can be purchased whenever you like as they don’t sell out. Seat reservations are best purchased as soon as you are sure about your travel date.

    Hello Angel,

    You can make seat reservations on the Glacier Express 3 months out from your travel date and for the Bernina Express, 6 months out.
