Hello,

We are staying in Wengen. Can you tell me where to fin the bot schedules for Thun and Brienz. Would we go from Interlaken West? We are trying to do something like that today. Do you have any suggestions?

Please find the boat schedules through the links under “nformation on other websites” at http://www.myswissalps.com/boatlakethun/gettingthere and http://www.myswissalps.com/boatlakebrienz/gettingthere.

Boat at Lake Brienz won’t operate after October 23. But there are rides available at Lake Thun. You can indeed board at the boat terminal right next to the station Interlaken West. Please see http://www.myswissalps.com/boatlakethun for more information.

Thank you for replying so quickly. I had found that link, but I don’t see any schedule for the boats. I am putting in Interlaken West to Thun on the advanced search. Am I doing something wrong. I just need the schedule for today. Do you know if there is a boat around noon?

Did you check the links under “Information on other websites” on the first two pages I mentioned? That should get you all the details.

Alternatively, via the advanced timetable at http://www.myswissalps.com/timetable, you can select the preferred mode of transport (boat) once your initial search has listed the default travel options (mostly train and bus). This is explained under “Further options: advanced timetable”. There’s a boat leaving at 12h10 from Interlaken West.
