Hi Noni,
Welcome to MySwissAlps.
To get to Titlis from Lucerne, take the train to Engelberg, then a short bus ride to Engelberg-Titlis valley station. This trip takes about 1 hour in total. From the valley station, you can take the cable car up to the top of Titlis. You can find further details on how to travel to Titlis here: http://www.myswissalps.com/titlis/gettingthere
You can travel to Pilatus either by boat and cogwheel train via Alpnachstad or bus and gondola via Kriens. You can even do a round trip using all modes of transport, as explained here: http://www.myswissalps.com/pilatus/gettingthere. Please use the timetable to check train/boat schedules.
If you plan to visit both mountains in one day, I suggest starting with Titlis first, then travel to Pilatus with the bus and gondola via Kriens.
For the trip to Jungfraujoch, you can find further information on how to plan your trip here: http://www.myswissalps.com/jungfraujoch/gettingthere. From Lucerne, you can travel to Interlaken via the Golden Pass route on the Lucerne-Interlaken Express as explained here: http://www.myswissalps.com/goldenpass/gettingthere.
Regards,
Anna

Hi Noni,
Personally, I would forego going to to Interlaken unless you really, really, want to see the Jungfraujoch. (Not sure when you’re going, August or later?) If in August, keep in mind that its a lot more crowded than in Sept or later. Also keep in mind its quite expensive and also between a six and seven hour day of just train travel alone. I’m not trying to disuade you in any way, but just bringing it to mind since you’re there for just the two days. But that’s almost half a day in traveling that you could use to see Lucerne and/or its surroundings as there is plenty to see/do there. (I’m still kicking myself for not stopping to see the Stanserhorn on my back from Mt Titlis, as it was a spectacular day for it, and the train went right through the village of Stans.) Again, there’s lots to see in the Lucerne area. Mt Titlis, Pilatus, Stanserhorn (with an open air cable car- the Cabrio), Mt Rigi and boat rides on the lake too. Hope you have fun wherever you decide to go.
Regards,
Danielsan
