Which pass for 6 days Lucerne and Bernina Express?

    Given our tentative travel itinerary, below, we are wondering which travel pass would be best?

    26/6/17 – Bernina Panoramic from Tirano to Zurich, then to Lucerne

    27/6/17 through 30/6/17 – day trips in and around Lucerne, including:

    –Rigi by boat

    –4 lakes hiking tour

    –Mt. Pilatus

    1/7/17 – train to Zurich for our trip home.

    So many possible travel passes! Which is best for us? 4-consecutive day Swiss Travel Pass? 4-day Flex Pass? Tell Pass? 1/2 Fare Pass?

    I’d say an 8 day Swiss Travel Pass fits your needs. It will cover pretty much your entire trip, including Rigi and Pilatus. Whether it’s worth its money depends on all details of your stay, including local trips and maybe museum visits. Price wise you can compare it to the Swiss Half Fare Card.
