I have read multiple posts and web pages regarding rail passes, but it seems like a lot of info contradicts what I have read previously.

    Our itinerary is as follows:

    Basel to Interlaken by train

Boat cruise on one of the lakes in Interlaken

    Train on to Lauterbrunnen

BO trips would be: Murren, Wengen, Schilfhorn, and possibly Jungfraujoch. We are in L’brunnen 3 nights so weather will determine some of our plans.

    Train back to Basel.

    Train to Paris.

I know to book the train to Paris EARLY as a point to point. It’s the other trips I am trying to get the best price on. My husband and I will be traveling with another couple, and I am the planner in the group. Our trip is in May.

    Thanks so much.

    Any advice?
