    Welcome to MySwissAlps Bhuiyan!

The cableway to Mount Titlis will be closed for maintenance while you are there. As for the pass: either a Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card will work. Please see the linked pages to decide which one fits your plans best, or do the math for a full price comparison. Both passes can be purchased in Geneva, but can also be printed at home through http://www.swissrailways.com/ en (pick the E-ticket option when asked for delivery). This will save you time as you don’t have to wait for the staffed ticket desk.

    Hi Bhuiyan,

It operates all year round except 7 – 18 November 2016. There are other options too though, like Jungfraujoch, Pilatus, Rigi.

    Hi arno,

I have checked the alternative as suggested by you. I will choose Pilatus. Please suggest me train route from Zurich. I want to come back zurich same day.

    Please advice.

    Hi Bhuiyan,

Both routes should be open then, so you can make the round trip.

    Hi Arno,

From your reply it means that I can avail cable way from Kriens to reach Mt. Pilatus, right?

    Hi Bhuiyan,

No, there are no further discounts. Such a discount existed a few years ago but nowadays everyone pays the same price.

    Hi Arno,

I am a residence of Bangladesh. I tried to buy swiss travel pass. But in the e-ticket option, they asked for ” country of residence”, which is mandatory to put, but my country is not listed in the drop down menu.

    What shall I do?

    Need urgent reply.

    Regards

    Bhuiyan

    Hi Bhuiyan,

Sorry, I did not notice you are from Bangladesh. In that case you can order through http://www.raileurope-world.com/pass/swiss-travel-pass-82. They also offer the print at home passes and you’ll receive the pass in 1 to 2 business days.
