    Good day!!

I have booked 2 supersaver tickets from Zurich to Luzern .unfortunately while checking the tickets I found that I made a mistake in my husbands date of birth (year) instead of 1991 I put 1994.

    will there be any problem?

    please advise

    Much thanks

    Hi vaishnavi,

I personally don’t think it’s a big problem if the names on the tickets and your IDs match. However to be sure, you should enquire at the train station before you board your train. In some cases, you will either be issued new tickets or an officer will just check your IDs and sign the tickets as valid.

    Regards,

    Anna
