Zurich HB – Getting from Track 13 to Track 31

    Only have 9 minutes to connect with 5 beginners. Looked at map already and confused. After arriving do I go down one level to get to 31? Having trouble deciphering the SBB app. Thanks!

    No, two levels.

    Go one level down, then go into direction platforms 6/7; there is another escalator down to platforms 31/32 as well as platforms 33/34. 9 minutes is more than sufficient.
